This 2-day Applying Professional Scrum™ certification course allows the candidates to learn how to apply the Scrum framework in Agile teams. During the course, candidates experience new and agile ways of working that allow teams to deliver better business value, develop harmony amongst teams, and satisfy stakeholders. The candidates work together in a series of Sprints to solve complex problems, face real-world challenges, and learn how to use Scrum to solve them. With these Sprints, candidates are able to see how to apply Scrum practically and also understand the value of an Agile mindset. The APS™ training helps the candidates to enhance their Agile knowledge and skills, thus helping them become experts in Scrum methodology. Students get a deep understanding of Scrum principles, values, and practices, and are able to focus on applying Scrum principles in real-world challenging situations to deliver high-quality products at a great pace. Once the candidates are done with the course, they can take the exam to earn the globally recognized APS certification. The APS™ certification validates the candidate’s Agile knowledge and skills and his expertise in applying Scrum to deliver business value.
