This 2-day Applying Professional Scrum™ course comes with Professional Scrum Master™ (PSM I) certification. It allows the candidates to learn how to apply the Scrum framework in Agile teams. During the course, candidates experience new and agile ways of working that allow teams to deliver better business value, develop harmony amongst teams, and satisfy stakeholders. The candidates work together in a series of Sprints to solve complex problems, face real-world challenges, and learn how to use Scrum to solve them.
