The Implementing SAFe® SPC Certification course is a challenging, intense, and highly collaborative, workshop-based style of training that prepares learners to tackle the current and future business needs of implementing Lean agile enterprise transformations using the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®). This course provides a detailed insight into Lean Agile practice which is necessary for SAFe Implementation to enhance the business alignment and cope with the goals of effective communication throughout the organization.
Within the frameworks of various activities, the participants realize how to start ARTs, apply LPM, and manage value decisions on the portfolio level. This course is appropriate for aspiring Agile leaders, coaches, and consultants who wish to step into the role of SAFe® Program Consultants (SPCs) to enable organizations to deliver value steadily.
They will be equipped with the relevant tools and techniques and can successfully lead SAFe® transformations, embed lean-agile practices and perpetual improvement in an organization at different scales. Also, they will be fully equipped to challenge the SPC certification examination that will establish them as professional SAFe® Leaders/Agile change agents.
