This two-day workshop will provide you a thorough understanding of the Agile Release Train (ART), how it delivers customer and business value, and how to leverage Scrum, Kanban, and Extreme Programming (XP) to successfully carry execute backlogs. Additionally, you will learn how to plan program increments, conduct iterations, and create stories and features. Participants will also learn about the continuous delivery pipeline and DevOps culture, as well as how to work effectively with other teams in the program and what it takes to continuously enhance the value delivered by the ART.
